Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations:

If you order products from us as a consumer, you may cancel any online or telephone orders (excluding orders for bespoke or made-to-measure products) and receive a full refund to include delivery charges (via the original payment method), if your products have not yet been shipped.

If your products have been shipped, you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14 days of delivery starts the day after the last delivery instalment is made. Please note that your delivery fee will not be refunded, and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

All Product needs to be kept in their original condition. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.


If you order products from us as a consumer, you may return any online or telephone orders (excluding orders for bespoke or made-to-measure products) within 14 days of receiving the product to receive your refund (via the original payment method).

The following conditions will apply:
The order will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Your delivery charge will not be refunded. If you wish to return your order, please contact us here

How to Return a Product:

Please contact Lawsons Outdoor to initiate the return at sales@LawsonsOutdoor.co.uk or contacting us here with your order number and details of the products you want to return. We’ll then arrange for the products to be collected by our nominated carrier. Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service & restocking fee is 25% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. If we accept a return of the products, they must be returned in their original condition and in any case within 14 days of the date of delivery to you.

Taking Care of our Goods:

If you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

When Will I Be Refunded?:

We will refund your returned products as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving them back. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card you used to pay for the products. Please note that we have the right to reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any decrease in the products’ value that has resulted from the state of the product once it has been received.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event that your delivered product is either faulty or damaged, then you have 14 days to reject the faulty products. Please get in contact with Lawsons Outdoor at sales@lawsonsoutdoor.co.uk or call us to arrange for the faulty to be exchanged or collected.

Your Statutory Rights:

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
